Namaskar, Kolhapurkar travel partners. Many Kolhapur families already know the yatra rhythm: Ambabai at Mahalaxmi, Jyotiba, and then the bigger tirthas. Kashi, Prayagraj and Ayodhya are the natural next step. The catch is distance. Varanasi is about 1,450 km from Kolhapur, so a group needs a ground partner who has planned the whole trip before they board.
This page explains what our 5-day Varanasi, Ayodhya and Prayagraj land package includes, how Kolhapur groups reach Varanasi, and how to request B2B rates.
Quick answer. KT DMC Travels, a Varanasi-based DMC, offers a 5-day Varanasi, Ayodhya and Prayagraj land package (code KT/UP/38) with four hotel nights, daily breakfast, four dinners, a private AC vehicle, tolls, parking, driver allowance and 24x7 trip support. Train or flight tickets, guide charges, boat rides and entry tickets are not included. Kolhapur agents can request B2B rates on WhatsApp at +91 97115 48096 or at b2b@ktdmctravels.com.
What a land package covers, and what you sell separately
A land package covers everything at the destination. You sell the train or flight tickets separately. Our 5-day package is built this way.
Included
- Meet and greet at Varanasi airport or railway station
- Two nights in Varanasi, one night in Ayodhya and one night in Prayagraj, with breakfast
- Four dinners at the hotel
- Private AC vehicle for all transfers and sightseeing, with tolls, parking and driver allowance
- Two 500 ml water bottles per person per day
- 24x7 customer support during the trip
Not included
- Train or flight tickets
- Boat rides, entry tickets and museum fees
- Guide charges (we can arrange a guide on request, so ask for availability and the charge)
- VIP darshan passes and special puja arrangements
- Meals not listed, and personal expenses
Darshan at Kashi Vishwanath and Ram Janmabhoomi depends on current temple timings and access rules, so we plan each day around them.
How Kolhapur groups reach Varanasi
Varanasi is about 1,450 km from Kolhapur, so the journey is the first thing your client will ask about.

What to know |
|---|---|
|
Train |
The weekly Deekshabhoomi Express (Kolhapur to Dhanbad) calls at Varanasi Junction and Gaya, and takes roughly 45 to 50 hours to reach Varanasi. Other routes need a change of train, for example at Pune or Prayagraj, and route planners show about 32 to 34 hours for those. |
|
Flight |
There is no non-stop flight. Route planners show a one-stop option via Ahmedabad, about 5 hours in total. Check live schedules and fares before you quote. |
|
Road |
About 1,450 km, which is too long for most groups. |
Because the direct train runs once a week, fix the departure date around its running day, and send us the train name and date with your group details. We plan the station pickup, hotel check-in and the first day's darshan around the real arrival time. The same train also calls at Gaya, which makes a Bodh Gaya-first Buddhist circuit practical.
If you also sell to families in Ichalkaranji, Sangli or Miraj, the same plan works for them. Just tell us where the group is boarding.
The 5-day plan, day by day
Day 1: Arrive in Varanasi. Meet and greet at the station or airport, hotel check-in, and the evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
Day 2: Varanasi and Sarnath. Early darshan at Kashi Vishwanath, then Annapurna and Kal Bhairav temples. After breakfast, Sarnath, then more temples in the afternoon.
Day 3: Varanasi to Ayodhya. About 170 km and four to five hours by road. Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan and the Saryu riverfront.
Day 4: Ayodhya to Prayagraj. About 170 km and four to five hours by road. Triveni Sangam, Bade Hanuman Temple, Akshay Vat and Alopi Devi Temple, depending on access.
Day 5: Prayagraj and transfer to Varanasi. Anand Bhavan or Swaraj Bhawan if time allows, then about 130 km and three hours to the Varanasi airport or railway station. Send your return train or flight time early, because an early departure can cut the sightseeing.
